Since the "support" is not supporting this I´m going to ask it here directly!!!
Will you refound at some point all the gems that I(and everyone else) was forced to spent to skip hacked scores?
That fact is really annoying but... Is way more annoying don't know if you are going to fix it or not... we are expecting a response from the devs about that for a long time now.

I second this; are you guys going to get rid of the hackers or not?

As trivial as it is to do this (or even respond that you intend to do this), it shows how little you care that you can have not. A 5-minute review of the global/track leaderboards will show you the 2-3 offenders that is causing all this trouble for ANBA, etc.
