This doesnt affect game play at all but i figured you should still know about it and fix it.

After winning a race and acquiring a corny corn but NOT finishing the rest of the quest, the post race dialog with the turbo guy will play each subsequent time you play the track until you have finished the rest of the quest. I cant imagine this is intended and like i said it doesnt affect game play at all.
