So hello people, some questions about Fusion

So hey guys n gals. Some of you might know me, I used to go by the GT BlazingDude123 on XBL, and I made quite a few custom tracks in HD and Evolution. I stopped playing Evolution because it was handled poorly, it was broken, unplayable, annoying and completely ******ed in some of its areas.

I have no intention to make a comeback into this community, so don't get your hopes up for any new tracks, if there are people here still that actually remember me that is.

All I kinda wanted to ask was, is Fusion good? Is it worth the increased price? Any opinions are welcome.

Just a quick little thread, I'm quite tired as of right now. This place changed a lot aswell from what I can see.

    Hey BD

You didn't like HD-Evo, I seriously doubt you'd like Evo-Fusion. It's not a bad game imo, it's just measures up badly against it's predecessor which it should of outshone.

Price wise, I said I'd happily have paid full retail price for HD and Evo...I didn't. For me I think it balances out well.

Hey I remember you. If you were so tough on evolution, this game isn't going to make you feel any better. It's good in its own right, but as of now, evolution was redlynx crowning jewel compared to this(some would argue HD was). At this point, the only thing available to ease the heartbreak of the longtime fans, is more promises and expectations that in more time, things will be added to the game, and issues will be fixed.

So no, right now, avert your eyes. Some things cannot be unseen.

I mean, if you hated Evo you will not like Fusion at all.

Well that was a clear answer. From what I've heard from my friends on Xbl, Fusion is the worst so far. Shame really...

pretty certain you wont like it . every aspect is broke . the bike . collisions . ( EVO has nothing on this. really bad ). track central doesnt work and badly implemented. and dont get me started on the editor . you can basicly make a future track or rocks with walls .thats it . no kidding .its stupid hard to make technical drivelines due to the bike doing random things . editor freezes constantly . lights dont work . . its all fixable with patches and hopefully dlc . it could end up being the best trials ever .but at the moment if you consider evo bad this will make you weep hard

Hi blazingdude, i would agree with everyone that you probably wont like Fusion in the state its in. The main game was fun for me for a weekend or two but track central is very hard to use and so takes a lot of the longevity out of the game. The whole game has been released too early before being polished, in my opinion. There are some good features, graphically its very nice but it just feels disappointing. It is cheap though, and there is some fun to be had with it. So depends on how high your expectations are.

    Hey, Blazing.

If this is how you felt about Evo, I'd wait for a while until some updates, and maybe DLC, are added. It's a bit of a step back, in comparison to the previous two games, unfortunately. I remain optimistic though.

How could we forget you BD? As everyone else said if you couldn't get into Evo I highly doubt Fusion will be the Trials game to bring you back.

I really like Trials 2 SE, adore HD, wanted to have babies with Evo...Fusion I like, but will reserve final judgement until it's updated and has a few DLCs out. Could end up being the ultimate Trials game if RL play the rights hands over the coming months.
