This is a game where joystick is really a must, yet some of the most popular controllers are unsupported. I'm baffled that my logitech controller isn't natively supported, its one of the most popular pc controllers of all time. I've used 3 different emulation programs, but none of them give the joystick the proper sensitivity that xbox and playstation have. When I lean forward a hair, my rider snaps his neck every time.

Why port the game to PC without controller support?

have you tried "x360ce"? it usually has analog sensitivity support and emulates the supported xbox 360 controller
