what this means i dont know. prolly send back here to the devs for bugfix, hackerdeletion. pretty infuriating, considering the rl/ubi guys here obviously got the power to "grant" ingame gems and cash ans stuff, but chose to help only a few. regarding those hackers ruing the game should be removed at day one they got reported. its been weeks and you guys are prolly making good buck of all the gems anba robs from us while setting up matches agains impossible hackers.

I do NOT have the power to grant in game items, otherwise I would have a ton of gems and coins. You will NEED to submit a ticket and follow the steps outlined. If they ask you for more information or files, then you will want to upload them to a file service and include a link in your reply to them.
