I have no idea if it is possible for a patch to add in local downloads of tracks. I would of thought it would be regardless of how hard it would be to code.
But upping the limit of current feeds favourites etc, seems like child's play to that.
Thankfully I still have some space on my favourites at the moment.
All the feeds are limited to 52, so 'friends tracks','highest rated of the week' etc.Originally Posted by Blackbird56695 Go to original post
Simply no way for me to carry on the database/video project until this is patched.
Sorry to hear that morrillo. I have been following on YouTube, great job so far.Originally Posted by morrillo Go to original post
I really hope they can switch it to saving tracks locally. TC is what keeps me playing long after the main game is complete.
I have a question, on PC, there is a ubisoft recommended feed that has a track in it which is. . erm . . . a tad basic. Its about 10 seconds long with no obstacles, just drive forward and end. Why is this recommended? It doesn't showcase anything.
This is terrible news
Please RL, Track Central is practically unuseable at the moment...
If I don't go there knowing exactly what I'm looking and prepared to go searching every time, it is a waste of time

^^ REDO REQUIRED!!! everything you need to know has already been done for you, please listen to your Community...
Let's hope we can have a dev response to this soon, as this is a real big deal surely for anyone who plays and keeps more than 52 tracks...which is probably most people who visit this forum. I kept over 1000 amazing tracks from Evo, and I can play them whenever I like. This just killed any remaining longevity for Fusion, until it is fixed.
Another good reason to let us download and manage out own tracks
Eventually this will happen to our game. Then what? The tracks I spend 40-80 hours each on are gone forever?
I think this is just another corporate power play. By making it all go through servers, we don't keep anything, and ubisoft has all the leverage. We have our evo tracks, and lots of us are actually quite happy to go back and play those instead. That won't make ubisoft thrive. This way they can tell us what we can and can not play, namely older games, even though they may actually be better.Originally Posted by jook13 Go to original post
This is the real world. We are small, and powerless.
Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse. Maybe the game should have been held back until later in the year. My retail disks are worth nothing given that the final game is likely to be dramatically different to what was initially shipped. Reminds me a bit of EA's online games where they have been transformed into something dramatically different to what you paid for in the first place. I'm all for growing and improving games over time and a dynamic experience can be a good thing, but not at the expense of the base game being incomplete and so full of fundamental issues.
Don't get me wrong I'm not flaming anybody, just expressing my disappointment as a customer and a fan as respectfully as I can. D2 is very saddened by this latest finding![]()
The GOAT is disappointed as well D2. Last time I played Fusion was weeks ago. Literally no incentive to play.
Fusion is the 'Halo: Reach' of the Trials series. The start to the downfall. The failed attempt to appeal to a mass audience, and thus, the alienation of the core fan base. At least Reach was a finished game.
So the question is: Will the next entry to the series be what this game should have been, or will it be Halo 4?
