I have made a Hue/Saturation/Brightness to RGB converter function in the editor, but I don't know if there's any practical way to share it at the moment...

Aw shoot, the same function works in my favorites just fine... I don't know about the file management on next gen consoles but on PC it's simple to remove a favorite from the save folder. Which one do you have?

So, basically this is a conversion from the numbers that you see in the editor to the colors right? I was actually changing emission and I just used this

While waiting for some kind of way to manually delete save files, you could try saving only one object as a favorite and name it to start with letter A so that when you'll open the favorites tab, it will be the first favorite on the list and won't crash the editor.
