    Since you already lost everything.. What about just deleting and reinstalling the game? You probably did this already perhaps..

    I have tried the cloud backup and any saves that are in there are from right after I lost everything.

    No I didn't submit a ticket to Ubisoft support. I haven't been on the forums or very active in the community of trials for a long time so I didn't know you had to do that now. Used to be a thread saying what happened and redlynx was on the problem within a few days or so.

    I've gotten past the problem at this point. All I want to be able to do is to connect to the Ubisoft servers which I still can't. There's no point of playing if I can't.

    Actually no I haven't. I don't know how that would help me connect to the servers though. I've played enough to unlock the pit viper again, I don't have the extremes unlocked yet. So deleting the game and reinstalling it would delete everything I've done for a second time which can be done in a few hours. But if it doesn't help me connect to the servers than there's no point.

    If you are still having issues connecting - you need to contact support directly - if it's a different issue from when you first contacted them - please make a new ticket so that you get the correct advice based on the problem.
