    All progress lost out of nowhere. Please Help!!!

    So i was playing Trials Fusion just now and a message popped up on my screen that said your file is corrupted would you like to delete all your data now. They gave me the option of yes and no, so of course i selected no. I continue playing and a few seconds later the same message pops up and again i select no. This continues to happen a few times so i finally decide let me select yes. When i do that all of my data is deleted and now i have nothing. I lost all progress i had in the game.

    I have a video of my current progress on my playstation 4 but i don't know how i can get it on here.

    And on top of all this I decide let me just play the game all over again because there is probably nothing Ubisoft or RedLynx can do about my problem, and I can't connect to the Ubisoft servers. The message pops up at the end of every track i play and i hit cancel and it pops up again. But yet I can connect to Uplay from the main menu. But not the Ubisoft servers.

    Somebody please help. My game is totally glitched out and I dont know what to do.

    There has been almost 100 views now and no responses. Can somebody please help me. Im not all that upset that I have to play everything all over again but I still can't connect to the Ubisoft servers. Thats what's bothering me most.

    Yep, I also didn't got replies for my track corrupted thread. i know the devs are pretty busy right now, so they have no time and resources to investigate all the single bugs. But some words would be appreciated..

    i wouldnt call this a bug. its a game killer.

    and what makes this worse is xprofesional is a long time devoted player, being met with silence like this stings.

    Similar issue on the X1 mate. Spent 150+ hrs mainly making tracks for it to all go. I am angry and also got no response. Can't bring myself to start over. Mine just kept crashing while in the editor at random points. It crashed while saving and my game... file corrupted. I feel we should be compensated with a season pass or something by way of apology. Titanfall dlc is out today so I'm going back to that while they stabilise the game. Seems almost every game released nowadays had major bugs. It's putting me off buying things a launch.

    Still no reply and no private messages from anybody. Clearly they don't care about me and it's a shame because I've been playing trials since 2010, I've made hundreds of YouTube videos, over 3,000 posts on the redlynx forums, been in the top of the leaderboards for all 3 games, built tracks and gotten redlynx picks, went to comicon and spent like 10 hours playing evo before it was released. I've done so much with these trials games to get no response to a problem I'm having

    I don't even want any of my data restored. I could care less about that at this point. I would just like to be able to connect to Ubisoft servers so at least I can post to the leaderboards for future dlc. I'll keep checking back every couple days but until I get a response I'm done with trials.

    Such a shame redlynx, Ubisoft, whoever I'm even trying to talk to at this point.

    A) Did you submit a ticket to Ubisoft support about this issue? Thats the best thing to do.

    B) Have you tried/been able to try and restore your data from a cloud back up? This may not restore full data depending on the most recent upload, but should restore at least some of it.

    Hope that helps and you get the data restored.
