Playing local multiplayer with a buddy is one of the main reasons I bought Trials Fusion, but was disappointed to find out that there's a very limited selection of tracks & all are ridiculously short & easy.
Will there be custom Multiplayer Tracks added later on down the track? Trials Evolution had this and it was bags of fun.
I'm sure there will be custom supercross tracks again, cause there are supercross ramps in the game, however, I don't know when and in what forms.
I think they just disabled the supercross game mode in the editor right now to be safe because having them on TC makes no sense really for only local MP.
In my eyes, a supercross TC feed would only cater to a specific group of people right now, and even if people could play them solo (if they aren't using local play), it makes more sense to just include the feature in the "complete" multiplayer update.Originally Posted by uncle_jam Go to original post
Also local supercross tracks are often different from online, due to the screen limits and checkpoints, so you might find a lot of tracks that aren't just enjoyable unless people follow very specific creation rules for local play tracks.
And I have no idea how local play would work right now with no actual tracks being saved to the drive. Especially not offline right now.
I got nothing against local play at all![]()
Hi,
Future DLCs will include new Supercross tracks.
We will also be adding support for player-created Supercross tracks in a future update, that will allow you to create, share and play Supercross tracks in local multiplayer. No exact date for this yet, but sooner rather than later.
Hope that answers your question!
Does that mean some kind of local management for tracks?Originally Posted by jenkki Go to original post
You probably could build a track now and expand it later, I recommend a track without curves however as it's the easiest to expand.\
I also don't know how or if triggers will function, the in-game tracks have moving cars/platforms but it wasn't possible in Evo without some workarounds, so I don't know how they implement it now for fusion.
thx, yes i know a curved line would be a problem possibly but a straight line without moving objects should be possible i thinkOriginally Posted by TeriXeri Go to original post
