This is a very flawless job here. Looks like people often use the roach, so I guess any bike is viable, besides the Baggie. Sorry I didn't embed the vid, I don't get these new forums.

What is your skill level/rank? I'd say you need to be a really good river to expect to pull this off. If you can't get golds on the extreme tracks, then you'll probably need more practice. No one mastered trials immediately lol, we all had to practice our fair share.

    Level 39

    41/ 120 Challenges

    17Hs

    51%

But my life is way to damn stressful right now. Maybe in time I will come back. Games for me need to be entertaining right now. Trails is the opposite of entertaining.

I see. You just need to pick your battles. Don't bite off more than you can chew. Try some easier challenges first, and go for better medals on the single player tracks. Give it a little time, and your skills will just get better. You'll establish your muscle memory, and the bike will be an extension of your mind. It's really QUITE similar to playing an instrument. It just takes practice, and your mind will adapt, and you'll just get better.

The key is knowing when youre trying things that are way too hard. Focusing on challenges and tracks that are just slightly beyond your minds reach is key to making progress. A first timer playing an extreme track would only frustrate themselves and waste their time.

So, find other things you can do for now, and focus on all the details it takes to improve on those things.

Well I look at it this way. When I write a progression, my dedication is non stop for hours perfecting. Taking this same logic into Trials is not working. You would think after 7 hours doing the same repetitive action over and over, something would have clicked.

It'll only click if you are trying something that is around your skill level. You can't run all day and just assume since you've been doing it all day that you'll be able to run a 4 minute mile then. This wheelie challenge is aimed for the top 1% of riders pretty much. You'll have to master a steady progression of difficulty before making a realistic attempt at a challenge this hard.

    Just takes practice

Bike upgrades do anything? I never upgrade. I have a feeling they do nothing.

there are no bike upgrades, other than aesthetic ones

pipe phobia is really hard. ive only spent 15 or so minutes on it, and I havent pulled it off yet, and I think im still ranked 8th overall on PC. if you enjoy the game, and if you enjoy seeing progression in skill, keep playing tracks and improving yourself. going back to the challenge after you have some experience under your belt will make it infinitely easier. if this game is all about completion for you, im afraid you have hit a wall. good luck getting over it, but it may prove insurmountable for you

Suck it up sunshine! It will feel REAL good when you finally do get it. Play other parts of the game then come back to it.

I have zero sympathy towards someone who comes here and complains about an "impossible!!!" challenge or achievement or whatever. Games in general have become too easy and watered down. Complainers about difficulty are not helping the situation.

Go suck a ****. I have no sympathy for those who refuse to read the whole post, but still come to a conclusion.

do you think this is a bad thing? I'm of the opinion that a truly great game has within it aspects that are difficult enough to challenge even the most diehard of players. I do not think everything should be attainable by everyone without passion and perseverance. this challenge caters to my demographic, and I love it.
