I have unlocked, purchased and equipped multiple Lvl. 3 outfits. The Achievement might be glitched for others cause I'm pretty sure mine is. I'm not super upset or anything but I wanted to bring it to the attention of the Devs.

Have you bought the level 2 suits aswell. You need to make sure you have all the parts purchased from the set not just level 3

Again, another simple problem solved. Now I remember why the old RedLynx Forums were so great. So many helpful people. My cheevo was cheeved after buying a couple helmets i wasn't interested in. Thank You!
