Based on my standards of quality i would say once per month - then again my standards are over the top, plus I think it wouldn't help the quality. One per week would be reasonable. I can't imagine how a basic track with about 30 seconds length could be pulled of in a good fashion under 60 workhours.
Nonsense. 12 hours is plenty of time to make a respectable ride, for a good builder. It probably won't be full of detail, or perfectly refined. I agree with 1 a day (12 or 24 hours). I've played a few good tracks lately which must take hours to build, even days. I can't understand why anyone would want to upload numerous tracks with-in the space of a few hours, so this limit should certainly make a difference to the amount of half-baked tracks appearing in TC.
