I'm glad this is being considered. When I was last on 360's TC the easy thread had 5 or 6 of the same track complaining to Redlynx.

I voted for '1 every 6-12 hrs,
I'd rather see '2 every 12 hrs' just to cover the unforseen...
But any sort of a limit has to be better than seeing what happened the other day again,

Silly fools don't realise people like him crave attention and the more they feed him the more he'll keep on going. Best just to ignore and report. Any of those fools spamming in retaliation should receive the same treatment.

Agreed. A sad state of affairs indeed. Bad enough with just one muppet doing it.

My opinion: We should make this a server side adjustable parameter. Start with a small number (1-8 hours). If the spamming problem doesn't get solved, increase the number until the problem disappears. I wouldn't personally go over 24 hours (one day), since that starts to hurt the legitimate track builders.

Agree whole heartedly with your approach. Reasonable users shouldn't be punished for a handful of fools. I think this philosophy should carry over with all facets of the game

no legit track maker makes a track or can release/build a track in 12 hours .. just the ninja checkpoint guys . but even they would agree this is needed so we all get a fair chance and not be held ransom to these clowns .12/ 24 hours is spot on and wont affect anybody legit .

Which is one of the reasons we don't allow naming them on the forums, it feeds their need for the wrong sort of attention and encourages them to continue.
