    Why I play Fusion:

    - New tracks (thus, new leaderboards)
    - To remain on the current game (what makes Evo hard to return to)

With those two reasons in mind, I just wish we had an Evo expansion with new tracks and a new set of leaderboards to place on. I would have reason to keep playing without end.

The problem is they rested on their laurels, and failed to take Trials to the next level.

*The positive changes from HD to Evo:*
    - Track Central.
    - Multiplayer.
    - Outdoor environments,
    - Curved driving lines,
    - Bike no longer randomly explodes from big drops if you don't land on your bike tire. (ex. the drop down on the track Classic.)
    - Improved track editor.
    - Insane bike/rider customization options.
    - new bikes in DLC.
    - Gigatrack

*The negative changes from HD to Evo:*
    - Unpredictable front wheel.
    - Can't change your riders skin color.. not cool guys.
    - Broken replays made a comeback.
    - Sewage Plant.
    - Ubisoft
(You could tell the RL really tried and make Trials bigger and better than HD, and I think they did us justice.)

Now, let's look at the transition from Evo to Fusion. (I'm trying not to bash Fusion.)

*The positive changes from Evo to Fusion:*
    - The corny rap intros are gone.
    - Track challenges are a nice addition.
    - Notifications of friends beating your times.
    - Some well made hard/extreme tracks.
    - Available on Playstation.

*The negitive changes from Evo to Fusion:*
    - The intro song makes you lose your grasp on sanity if you leave it on too long.
    - Track central is a mess.
    - Bike/rider customization is laughable,
    - Pit Viper, Panda ATV.
    - No tournaments currently.
    - Insanely easy time requirements for gold & platinum medals.
    - No Gigatrack 2, even though they said they was going to make one.
    - FMX tricks effect times on tracks, even though they said FMX would not effect core Trials.
    - Most of the easy-medium tracks feel like I'm playing Rollercoaster/Elevation over, and over, and over, and over again,
    - Multiplayer is currently gone.
    - No donkey bike,.. DLC maybe? Maybe that season pass will come in handy.
    - The red/green split time indicator is useless now, for me anyway.
    - AI characters talking (some may like this, and can be turned off thankfully.)
    - FMX... enough said.

*One thing I gotta add that simply blows my mind when I think about it, and may get me in forum trouble:
Correct me if I am wrong, but didn't RedLynx hire people from the Trials community to make tracks, and work on the game? Some where even Trials HD legends who KNOW what WE want in a Trials game.
Those people should have looked at Fusion for TEN seconds (maybe even less) and known instantly that Fusion was gonna be a major step backwards, and tried to save it for the greater good of the Trials community... But, I guess they saw FMX and thought, "man, they are gonna love doing tricks!" :/

Even though I am ranting pretty good here, I don't blame RedLynx, they gave me two of my favorite games ever.
I do however blame Ubisoft, and even feel bad for RedLynx, because I think even they know deep down that they dropped the ball with Fusion big time.

Wait, let me add this so the developers actually look at this...Game Rating 9/10 from "YeahimAwesome Gaming Magazine! "Oh mah gawd, this game is awesomez!"

All those little details are a lot when they are combined.
    Broken replays have been fixed.

You can sort a search by ratings.

Small things I know, just saying.

PLease, stop it, I see broken replays all the time on Evo, no big deal, just saying.

On topic: For me, no point. Fusion is slowly killing my desire to play Trials and to get involved in the community.

The biggest improvements in HD: Mostly stuff that the community was asking for.

The biggest improvements in Evo: Most of the stuff that the community was asking for, building on what was started with HD.

Now for Fusion, let's ignore and disregard almost everything that was suggested by the community. The biggest improvement in Fusion, I can't answer this question, to me it's a step back in just about every direction, except for challenges, but to me, it's more of a gimmick and some challenges are repetitive and unoriginal. It doesn't do anything for me in the long run. Maybe I will play if TC is fixed one day but until then, i simply have NO desire to.

Many people were scared when Ubisoft acquired RedLynx, since then what have they done?

-Ported Evo to PC: Great game but mediocre and lackluster optimization, just a horrible port. I still can't see my own time on track summaries even though I reported it the first week of the BETA.

-Made Trials Frontier a shameful F2P model, just like big casinos who study ways to get in people's head, trying to get you addicted and find all kinds of deceptive tactics to keep you paying. It maybe legal but it does not mean it is honest.

-Made Trials Fusion, I do not want to keep rambling here, Trials Fusion isn't that bad, there's just nothing about it that is improved over Evo IMO.

The way things are going now, I expect Ubisoft's next Trials game to go further ignoring everything that was asked by the fans and put out a generic motorcycle game aimed at casuals called Moto 2015, one of many lackluster games. There is a pattern here, and it does not look good. There was a pattern before Ubisoft: RedLynx listened to what fans wanted, well this time is behind us. I am nostalgic a bit but for me, it's time to move on.

    Over and out.

in which game Barry? Not in Evo, and in Fusion the 'partial replay' issue is well documented although doesn't seem to be as prevalent, which is good (go watch hqk wraath's Chilling replays). Just sayin'

When I sort by ratings, there is no order: a track has 94%, the next one 93%, 97%, 95%, etc. No order at all. And I can only search by ratings of all time, which is pretty useless when you look for a new good track to play. On Evo I just had to put the filters "Trials, Extreme, Highest Rated, This week" for example and I could easily find what I wanted, that is impossible in Fusion.

You can actually click the ratings column and it sorts them, but I agree, its not a solution to what you miss.

Maybe it is broken or the system is bad, but this is not sorted to me: http://hpics.li/4179a2a

And for the partial replay you can see here: http://youtu.be/pJ7cAUO7jyU
Luckily it happens near the end on this run.

Both of these are known issues, and at least the partial replay bug has been fixed already (fix is most likely in the next Fusion patch).

Please read my honest answer to the question "Some of our readers were disappointed with the PC version of Trials Evolution..." in the Digital Foundry technical interview:

    http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/di...tech-interview

We have certainly learned from the "Trials Evolution Gold" lesson. The team has been much more active at Fusion PC beta forums and lots of things have been already fixed. Trials Fusion PC version will be fully supported. All the patches and DLCs will be there (including PC specific extra fixes for the editor mouse+keyboard usability).

We improved the in-game editor a lot. The community asked for higher complexity limits and larger file sizes. We spend huge amount of time in optimizing the memory usage, so that we could allow users to create more complex levels. Lots of new productivity improving features were added to the editor (based on our level design team's and community's suggestions). We need to get tutorials out asap to instruct the builders how these new tools make things easier and faster.

People tend to be comparing Trials Fusion editor object variety to Trials Evolution with all the DLCs. Many important things to Trials Evolution editor were released in a DLC and in the first big patch (vector operations, drama event, teleporter, switch/selector, primes, missing Trials HD objects, etc). Trials Fusion will receive more updates than Trials Evolution. We have a big team dedicated for the game for long time. The missing things will be included eventually, and the track central will be improved. We definitely want to make it better than Trials Evolution track central in the long run.

    This brings back memories

Trials 2 SE -> Trials HD: The Phoenix handling is horrible newbie friendly casual ********. You can't do anything technical with it anymore. It feels like it's made out of cardboard. And who **** had the idea of having multiple bikes? ****ing retarted.

Trials HD -> Trials Evolution: The new Phoenix is nowhere as good as the original one. Simplified and less technical. The back tire bounces way too much, there's no way I can perform any technical stuff with this sh*tty bike.
