I still don't know how to perform this action. Do you have to do it in the game or on the website? I'm playing on the Xbox One. I just don't see the option to do it anywhere. Can you guys point me in the right direction please??

ok so I found it. in the oculi menu, select one of your party members to equip them with oculi, and there should be a prompt on the lower right part of the screen to give oculi as a gift (on the Xbox One, it says to press the X button, not sure what it is on the PC). once you do, it'll bring up a list of people (on the Xbox, its a list of your Xbox Live Friends) and that'll give you credit for completing Through a Looking Glass

Every time I try to send an oculi I get this.

That did indeed work. If you can't send oculi go below 100 uplay friends.
