Dear RedLynx, Would you kindly?
I'm sure I'm not the only fan of Motocross Madness 2 and it's codenamed "Armadillo" track editor. Whenever I day dream of what an open world Trials game would be like, with fully 3D world movement this is what always pops in my head. I know some may say that the 2-D side scrolling aspect of Trials is what make the game what it is and that may be true for the most part, but that doesn't mean that it has to 100% always be that way. Mario changed the world of gaming when he took his awesomeness into a fully 3-D world, but.....on the other side of that coin Sonic completely destroyed his reputation by venturing away from the 2-D realm, but...... Motocross is a known quantity in the 3-D realm. It has been proven on multiple occasions that if done right it can absolutely shine. Motocross Madness 2 improved on the formula of its predecessor in so many ways adding depth, loads of content including user created content, online racing, great controls, and one hell of an authentic motocross experience. MX vs ATV Reflex while a great game was very fun and probably the best modern motocross game to date, but just wasn't quite as innovative as Motocross Madness 2 still had one thing going for it. It's groundbreaking Rider Reflex control system. As an ex-motocross rider myself I can vouch at how well the game controlled in a reality vs virtual reality argument. True, reality will win that argument but the twin-stick Reflex system did a very good job at translating realistic rider movements to a controller. So......what I would like to see is RedLynx give us a new adventure in a fully 3-D world. Why not? The brand is secured, people love Trials, and fans of 3D motocross games such as Mx vs Atv are screaming for something new and exciting! I'm not saying can the 2-D Trials. In fact, 2-D Trials can only benefit from it's 3-D cousin. Well, that's all for now and if anyone at RedLynx is reading this maybe you can pass on the idea. Happy 9:42 PM!
