Digital availability of Anno 1701, and King Kong/Tintin on Steam

I submitted a support ticket to Ubisoft about the titular matters and was told that it has been sent to the relevant department, but I figured a thread here couldn't hurt: basically, I'd like Ubi to re-release Anno 1701 on digital storefronts and finish the job of bringing King Kong and Tintin to Steam. A more detailed overview of the situation is as follows:

Anno 1701/1701 A.D.: No longer available digitally anywhere despite being a game developed by a now-Ubisoft-owned developer and published by a now-Ubisoft-owned publisher. Aspyr published the game on Steam up until February 2012, and Deep Silver published the game on GamersGate up until a few months ago or so. I'm hoping the reason Ubisoft has yet to re-release the game on digital stores is because it was waiting for all pre-existing distribution agreements to expire, which has now happened.

King Kong/Tintin: Both have been in the Steam registry for more than two years now: http://steamdb.info/app/209910/ and http://steamdb.info/app/202330/, however nothing has come of either listing as they've been collecting dust in an incomplete state. King Kong has its own package so it would seem that the game data has already been uploaded to Steam, however Tintin, it seems, is not so far along (although it is included in the package that Ubisoft employees receive, which itself may include the data).

I'm not expecting this thread to get much attention, and it's entirely possible that it'll fly under Ubi's radar entirely, but if anybody feels similarly, posting as much can only help.

Edit: Oh, and the original Rainbow Six games (1 and 2), too, which I unfortunately didn't mention in my ticket:

Rainbow Six: Rogue Spear - Urban Operations: See R6.

    Ubisoft just... forgot?

I too am wondering where these games are, seeing as I have a significant interest in spending cash money on these games.

Ubisoft, make it happen. I've got money for you.

It would be a great addition to my digital library.

C'mon Ubisoft... Don't you want our money?

Hear hear! What cooperj said. Having your inexhaustible library of titles available via Steam can only be a win-win for you, Ubisoft.

    Amen!

I am with the others in this thread... I would like to see 1701 AD back on steam, OR Uplay... I don't care, just let us buy it again :-(. My friends and I are big fans of it, but only a few of us own it, and others who want to play with us are out of luck. Please Re-release this game on digital format. If released on Uplay, please honor the CD keys of those of us who have already bought the game (some of us twice).

this thread for Anno 1404 had success, and the situation with Anno 1701 is the same because it was once available on Steam, so it shouldn't be too complicated to give some love to this title. I really hope to have it in my collection soon, thanks Ubisoft.
