I believe its a perfect representation of the exact frequencies compared to the oscillator note sounds in the editor when using the pitch variable (tied to a datasource or otherwise) meaning the creation of your own level songs/music is possible.
I made a 2 bar sequencer to make my own loops/riffs but i did it by ear using the bass sound so its probably a little off, will try upgrading mine using this info when im back to editing (on a bit of a break or family and friends where going to disown me LOL)
For all u guys talking about learning global OPE...I have posted a simple setup with global OPE moving a rain effect to follow the rider. I tried to be pretty specific and keep it very easy to follow. Also Luthanick and Web D made the template a little nicer for the collaborators.![]()
Added one about using checkpoints out of order. It's a simplified version, but it works and gets the idea across. I had a real headache with this on Project Spin because there were so many different paths to different checkpoints and some checkpoints would become active again once you reset. My advice for this one is to use it when you won't go past the older checkpoints again. Otherwise it will need more logic to prevent unwanted resets.
