    Wraath's Editor help thread.

I did this for Evo and found it really helpful to keep everything I needed to know in one thread.

    So heres my 1st question.

Has anybody played with the snow settings yet? I can't seem to get them to work how i want. The area that the snow emitts on is too small to make it look good.

I tried ope'ing the snow to the riders position but I must be getting it wrong. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

you got issues making the ope work or something else?

    interval trigger(every tick) to ope
link the ope to an object info data vector(position) that is taking the coords from the riders head(or any bodypart of your choice)
make sure ope is set to global
then just point the ope to the snow effect

Iv sorted. Needed one for each axis. But how do I set an axis so thats its ten foot in front of the rider instead of right ontop of him? Thanks

you can add a static number with the help of a 2 input opperator (add)
beware though that doesn't really work well if your track rotates because it wont curve along with the driveline

Wraath, if you make the snow effect into a glue group you can place the effect where you want it in front of the rider and set the pivot on the rider, the pivot will follow the rider by the OPE and the snow effect will stay out in front where you put it.

Good, I have some ideas, but I've just been testing stuff at the moment to see what I can do before I try to do it.
