I want to know this also, getting an XBone Wednesday, hopefully you at least get a discount so you don't have to pay full price again. I'm waiting to buy the season pass because of the same thing, don't want to get it for 360 and not be able to use it on XBone. If you get yours before Wednesday please let me know what happens, if it's charging full price again I think I'm going to get the disc copy that comes with the season pass.

If I get mine first I'll let post here with the details.

As far as I am aware, there is no free unlocking of Fusion on Xbox One after purchasing on Xbox 360.

The answer is No.

You want the game on 360/XB1/PC then you need to buy the game 3 times.

If you're planning on buying the game for the XB1 then get the digital version as you'll then not have to have the disc in the drive to play it.

And this is why i hate UBISOFT! They are a bunch of greedy fools! I bought trials fusion 1 month before i bought swapped my 360 out for a xbox one and saw i didn't could redownload the game to the same console family and they wanted me to fork over the money to buy it again. So what are these games worth when they last aslong as the console?

As mentioned in other threads, developing for different console generations is not a single expense. It costs money to develop for both the 360 and the Xbox One.

And as far as blaming Ubisoft, I think you'll see a lot of other companies had these exact same practices around the same timing. Changing console generations is like that.

This is not to dismiss your frustration in any way. I completely understand being a little frustrated about the situation you're in, I'm just saying that your anger being directed at the company is a little misplaced.
