Hey guys. I uploaded my first track a few days ago.

It's just recently fell out of the 'weekly top rated tracks' so I'm not expecting that many new plays. But it'd be great if people could give it a try. I agree that it's not the best driving line you'll ever play, but I built the entire thing from scratch in the 'air', so I really took my time to detail it and make it look as realistic as possible.

That track looks really nice, (even with video quality). Just so you know you can upload your 'upload studio' videos through youtube now and they have slightly better quality. I like how much depth you can see and the line looks pretty good for a beginner/easy track.

Your lucky your track even made it to the weekly highest rated, lol. Mine never got that far and i definitely put more effort in than a lot of the stuff in there. I'll make sure to try this one out later when i get on Fusion.

Lol yeah, I was quite surprised to see my track stay in the top rated for atleast 4 days. It was getting 20-50 more plays every time I looked. But you're right, once your track disappears from there or from the 'newest tracks' then it's pretty much lost amongst the crap. There should be a way for people to find them somehow without having to type your gamertag in the search box, because you're never going to get any new plays unless a random person wants to play it.

I did get a message from Kush Land telling me it looked great, which I thought was nice of him given how highly rated his tracks are.

But I mean, here's a screenshot from the edit mode, where I've removed the fog so it's possible to see that I've built it all from scratch in mid air and added every tiny little detail... Yet things like 'possible stairs' that can be made within 10 minutes stays at the top of 'highly rated tracks' it's quite ridiculous. Not that I'm knocking the creator, but it's not fair on people that have put alot of time into theirs.




Thanks again, I'll be sure to give your track a go when I'm online, it's got a good theme. I've seen a few good tracks that don't have the amount of plays they deserve, now they're all lost in obscurity.

Thanks a lot for trying it out and for the reply! Well done on getting first! I think out of 900+, only 4 people have now got the plat medal... I was thinking maybe I had set the plat time a little too fast... Maybe I did, but atleast it's still possible as you proved. Thanks again, glad you liked it!

Had about 9 extra plays since I posted this thread... Every little help's so thanks whoever gave it a go. Wouldn't mind a few more plays though!

It was great getting those 1,000 plays within a couple of days whilst being in the top rated tracks, but when you fall off there, it's pretty much game over for your track.
