Its not just this game. Its pretty much the whole industry as a whole that is driving me away from videogaming as a whole.

Instead of having a beta for a few months to try and find all the bugs and polish the game, companies are releasing half baked games. They are essentially making people pay full price to play the beta. They mask it all by calling it a "constantly evolving experience" or something like that. Truth is, we are the game testers and we are paying for the privilege.

Its truly sad because it is such a near sighted way to save money. Penny wise and Dollar Dumb. Yeah, you get the game out quicker and there is less development time. Yeah, you essentially get thousands of play testers and dont have to hire testers. It the process you let down the fans and weaken the consumers trust in your product. It this plan to save a few bucks early on, you have left a lasting impression on us, your hardcore fans. A lot of people on these forums are already talking aobut boycotting UBI from now on. REdlynx, you are lucky that UBI owns you, because most of the guys here blame the missteps on your parent company...

I personally will remain optimistic. I am willing to role with the punches if the end result truly is a badass and full featured game. Trials HD and Evo gave me years of some of the best gaming I have ever experienced. For that, you get a TEMPORARY free pass...

You should charge them instead. Call it a Season Pass. Maybe Ubisoft will pick you up.

    Amen to that

Hopefully, the next game will be Trials Redemption (just dreaming here)

I prefer the project cars model, it is much more upfront, you are funding games development when you buy a game anyway so why not do it to fund the game you want developed.

You get an input to the direction of the game and there is a constant release of alpha/beta versions that get tested by hardcore players.

whether this model will deliver a better more focused game time will tell when it is released.

+1 nicely put xzamplez we have all been ignored for a long time now, lots have left and lots are planning on leaving still, im only sticking around on an optamistic chance that redlynx will turn this mess arround but its such a shame that so many well known dedicated trials fans are/have been pushed towards the door. i will be waiting for well needed updates and for the 1st dlc but if the editor (at least) isnt fixed and not just by adding old objects and wood etc (that we all need anyway) then i too will be gone, so many issues in the edditor particularely with graffics, lighting and shadow etc, glitching objects, missing options, floating grass and plants, it is rediculous but somehow redlynx made a bunch of tracks without noticing a hundred issues, i made half a track and jotted down a whole 2 pages of problems.

i will wait for a review on the 1st dlc which will decide whether i by the season pass or simply find something else to play and move on, so comon redlynx guys its not impossible for you to turn this round, stop working on new stuff and fix your current broken stuff

Here is something to commit to:

    http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...ion-right-now!

While you're at it provide some actual support instead of leaning on Ubisoft for all your problems

    Absolutely agree guys!
RL needs more testers (awesome job testing the tricks thing... "sigh") also a new quality department... the quality of the 360 game is shameful. The game have great potential but it´s unpolished and unfinished imho.

I think Redlynx made mistakes blatant communications (not communicate about what is currently in progress ... is a mistake ... because the game is not completed, to this day , and the players want to know why ... )

intended by the suprises Redlynx may turn against them ...

it is necessary to know what to expect ... why not multiplayer ... what do you do?

    >>>> reminder : remember the Russian submarine " Kursk the " ... Vladimir Putin not only communicated the people is mobilized , the people scolded like never before ... the president due to his excuses : VLADIMIR PUTIN apologized !

the failure to communicate ... let us assume that you have made mistakes and not want to go beyond what has been achieved until now ... (and here I do not mean to communicate way "promotional " )

must quickly reactivate mobilize thousands of HD / EVO players ... who are beginning to have section " cut knife on FUSION , Ubisoft and Redlynx "
