If you are having the same problem as my friend where it appears all your times and unlocked tracks are not there and appearing as if you never played the game I would STRONGLY suggest this as UBISOFT don't seem to know. Delete your gamer profile off your console then reinstall your profile. This fixed my friends problem instantly. It appears to be a corrupted file somewhere between the cloud and the console and this really does fix it. Let me know if this sorts out your problem so we can help the others affected. UBISOFT seem to have no idea!!

I have passed a really tough track 3 times,
1. After finish the track i simply didnt appear on the leaderboard, as if i never played the track.
2. This time after passing the same track, immediatly when crossing the finishline i got UBIserver/connection blabla, i reconnect but it didnt save my run.
3. Today i wanted to give the same track another go, 25minutes of hard work later... its the same thing again as the first time. just nothing.... this is really getting to me.
Ok, im going to try delete my profile and reinstall, just a quick question... will this erase all my times in singelplayer?

edit2: the track im not being saved on is a user created track.
Your times should be saved on the trials servers, so deleting your profile won't affect them. When you add your profile again it should download the last instant of your profile before things went wrong from the cloud.Originally Posted by fleskeknoke Go to original post

i am saved on shorter/easier tracks, but as soon my time gets over 11 minutes or something im not saved.
When i deleted my profile, i could choose from either 1. delete just my profile, or 2. delete everything/saved games etc. I selected option 1.
A.Should i delete everything?
Also i have linked my account to uplay and got 10 uplay units etc, but i still cant connect to uplay when im starting up fusion, B.does that need to be sorted out first?
and finaly: If i delete everything, what happens to a track im working on ?

I'm having this issue too. MY CAREER WILL NOT SAVE AT ALL, VERY FRUSTRATING. This did not fix it unfortunately, the Xbox One really is starting to annoy me big time, problem after problem. Also, in trials, I cannot play Track Central at all, when I click to download a track the game just makes a horrible noise and crashes.
