Coffin runs are only a problem in a few beginner/easy levels

its being used all over. if a jump is big enough to activiate fmx animations they are being used. pretty much every track.. even extremes. ive done it. everybody will unless it goes away.

It affects hard/extreme tracks as well, it's just a lot more noticeable on beginner/easy tracks because of how critical every precise movement is when 0.1XX makes the difference between a WR and 10th place.

FMXploiting is on EVERY single track- regardless of whether the top run uses it or not but i assure you will find a few using it in top 100 on every track.

I don't mind a full leaderboard reset but youd just have a few more angry people (not us). So i don't see why you guys cant delete any runs that uses FMXploit- i can speak on our behalf that we would be MORE than happy to help out with viewing replays and queue'ing them up for you to remove, make things easier. You have no idea how important leaderboard integrity is to us. Lets hope it wont be a problem on Fusion like it was in HD and Evo.

Thank you again sebbbi, i feel more and more confident that Fusion would grow to its fullest potential with every response you have given about patching/tweaking a few essential things.

I was unfamiliar with these 'Coffin runs' until I read this thread. Now that I am aware of them, and saw them on a youtube video, I couldn't be more disappointed that people would continue to use an exploit like this just to get a better run

Yes. In extremes you might be able to use the exploit maybe once or twice, not saving much. And we all know that the extreme records will improve by at least two to five seconds during the first year. So this problem is not as bad as it is in easy tracks where every millisecond counts.

i think if they can come up with a quick fix to disable fmx on trials tracks, Retributions solution of removing
individual top xxx scores with help from the community is best.
if this is not practical for some reason then full wipe has my support as well.

or... just leave it in. you wanted to have fmx in trials so stick with it and be proud lol

Well I hope not all leaderboards will be wiped, I worked damn hard getting platinums and good runs on all the extremes, especially inferno 4 which was a real pain, and I wouldnt want that to disappear.
I think if there is only a way to somehow edit those who did the coffin trick only to make their time faster in mid air are the ones to go, otherwise it is just unfair for everyone else who has done it legitimately.
