I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue. Please check your current NAT settings as well as the ports here: TCP: 56339 & UDP: 3074, 3050
If it does not help, please feel free to notify your local Support with the links in my signature below. If possible I would suggest contact your network admin regarding any restricted ports.

Gamertag Giddoff. cant connect to ubisoft servers. Havent been able to since bought the game, thought id give u a few days to sort your act out cuz thought happening to everyone.... I been patient a week now, done what youv said above n still nothing. Nearly completed thr career and still cant upload times. Get it sorted!!
