Hey Defo, thanks for the spreadsheet, I wasn't too sure about the accuracy of my global score, but I put in all of my times and it was spot on. I agree with the above post, this should definitely be sticked. Kind of surprised though about the beginner tracks, the ultimate time for them seems to be harder to get (as in close to it) than the hard/extreme tracks. Therefore giving less points...so I guess people should focus on hards/extremes the most if they want to get a good score quickly.

Sorry guys, been mad busy lately so I'm a little slow in responding.
@ Puddin: I agree this thread should be stickied for the comedy value alone, all that educational mathematical stuff is just a bonus.
Playing on XB One is frustrating for me still as I have server connectivity issues preventing me from updating times to the leader board without pressing retry a million times. Hopefully this will be sorted with the first patch. Nevertheless, I demand to know which tracks you are beating me on so I may restore order to the universe post haste.
And you haven't hit your skill limit yet mate. Trust me on that.
Regarding the spreadsheet: Yes, I'll be updating this when the tournaments are released and also when each of the DLCs come out. I'd be very surprised if tournies don't effect global as what would be the point in them? Then again, it's my view that tournaments should be banned by the Geneva Conventions against human torture so I'm probably biased on that score.
@ Camzacar: Cheers mate. Well it kind of depends where you're at with the game regarding what's going to give more score. If you haven't zeroed every track yet, improving tracks by seconds is a complete waste of time in comparison to getting rid of those faults. Extremes will tend to give more TOTAL score for your initial plat run, but due to the large gap between Plat & Ultimate Times, improvements will generally yield smaller points gains (and vice versa for beginner tracks obviously).
This effect is much less pronounced than it was in Evo as each difficulty had a different fault factor. I am very surprised they went with a fault factor as high as 0.5 (track scoring works the same as hard tracks in Evo) for all tracks though, but there are legitimate reasons why this may have been chosen.

Thanks Defoliator, it enabled me to figure out how many points were missing.
My score is 12,101,456. (Xbox one)
My excel sheet is 12,412,255.
Yep, more than 300K points are lacking (seems like one track isn't added up). Hopefully, it is gonna be solved soon...

Hey Funkysimpson92 - Looks like you got one of your times when the Ubisoft servers were either down or having problems. I would suggest playing through every track just once, doesn't matter about the time or faults, after each track, check the global leaderboards to see if you have the score you're missing, hope this helps

Beautiful kn000t, thanks very much for that mate, saves me a bunch of mucking about. I haven't had a chance to play the DLC yet so I'm looking forward to giving it a crack tomorrow night. Will update the scoring sheets and post the links on Saturday.

Updated the link in the OP to a new version including Riders of the Rustlands. Let me know if there are any issues with this version. Thanks again for the data kn000t!

I used the spreadsheet post DLC to calculate my score. Looks very nice Defo
but it says that I have 3,000 more points in game than I'm supposed to :/ not sure what to make of that.

Hey Carmine, bummer mate. The scoring sheet should be exact to +/- 1 point and it is with my scores entered.
Could be a few possibilities here:
1. Your score is glitched.
2. You messed up the data entry on one of your times. Have you double checked them all? It's pretty easy to switch your split times around without noticing.
3. kn000t's information on the DLC ultimate times is incorrect (could only be on Whiteout or Devil's Beak as they're the two tracks I haven't platted yet). Very doubtful though as it looks like he's grabbed it from the game's code on PC.
I'll test it out with another top rider's times to make sure everything's correct at this end. Thanks for letting me know there might be a problem.

I tried it again after improving on a couple tracks and it was only 8 points off, so I guess I made a mistake somewhere before :P sorry for the false alarm...
