What time will Fusion be available to download from Uplay/PC on Thursday? Hopefully it will be midnight of the 23rd

On Steam it says, it will be unlocked in 4 days and 6 hours, would be the 24th at 6 pm CET. I hope this is kind of a "placeholder". Usually on Steam, games are unlocked at midnight. I asked Johkr in the 24 hour stream and he said, they'll reveal more specific information about the PC launch closer to 24th.
