I just buy trail fusion from ps4 store and can't use the game due to license issue i paid 19.99 $ for this game and after download it i find out that i can't use it WTF it always give me this massage "cannot start the application
only users who hold a licence for this application can start it"
which really make me angry i paid for the game why on earth i cant use it and this is the pictures for conformation

You will need to contact Sony for issues regarding licensing of digital PSN downloads. There isn't much we can do if your PSN account is saying you don't have a license.
