I've had this game for 3 days and have been able to play for exactly zero minutes. First of all, when I try to log into UPlay it tells me that it can't connect to Ubisoft servers. I tried somewhere between 20 and 30 times over these few days. Oh well, no big deal, at least I can play their broken game without having it save my progress, right? It'll be good practice for whenever they release a game that actually works, right? WRONG. When I try to load the first, FIRST level, it just hangs at the loading screen. I've tried reinstalling 3 times. This is not a network issue as I've been playing online daily with PvZ:GW, Titanfall, etc, no problems at all.

Ideally they would just give me a refund so I can break even and then never purchase anything from this company again until the end of time.

By the way, the fact that UPlay exists at all is a laughable pipe dream. It makes EA's Origin look absurdly competent and successful, which is really saying something. Whoever convinced some Ubisoft exec that UPlay was a good idea is a truly talented human being. What an unbelievable failure. If you're looking to make your customers legitimately resentful, this is how you do it.

I want a full refund also, I lost all my game progress, medals, money and now I started from scratch it still won't save anything. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling also but still nothing. And like you I'm sure you will get no support from the "support" forum.

I feel ya buddy and join in the chorus of "full refund NOW!"
