Yea that green axis is really off xD shouldn't there also be a shadow just on the snow to the right of the key?

Also all the axles are same width where these arent and they are slightly see through on the game, theses look like its done on paint

I don't know. It does look weird, but I could almost recreate the axles, so I think it's plausible. And I really can't see through the axles on the game.

The guy from the screenshot is called nathan5611 on Twitter. On his YouTube-account, you see that his nickname is njj-furious on the PS4, so it's the same guy as this thread. Why would he fake a screenshot when he has the Trophy?

There is such things as modding achievements. The fact that he won't tell anyone just makes it a bit shady if you ask me. If you find something you generally share it unless you have value of keeping it from people, in this case there isn't any reason to keep it so I reckon he must of got it another way, modding the game in some way or something.

Go onto environment and select the terrain modification tool, then change the type of modification and change it to crater and then keep placing them everywhere xD
