Are you getting errors messages? - have you tried checking the link status on www.uplay.com - http://uplay.ubi.com/en-GB/account and also making sure your details are fully completed?
Have you contacted support directly, to see if there are any local issues affecting the connection?

I doone that yesterday. I typed my email & pass for my acoount then it forwarded back to the account page. There was no notification as to weither my account was linked or not as did it not show my gamertag. I still can't link on xbox & I know something's wrong because it's saying i have no game history when... hello? trials fusion. If it's not showing up on your Uplay account page [as per this link : http://uplay.ubi.com/en-GB/account ] as being 'linked' - Please contact support directly: www.support.ubi.com
They can check your account and see what the issue is.
