I have cleared persistent data if that is what you mean by clear cache but it does nothing. I bought the digital version, I thought the day one update was included? Either way it worked for a few days then screwed me over, no matter what I do it will not save my progress yet all my times are still in the leader boards, it even says when I start trials that it is synching but it syncs absolutely nothing! Finding, fixing and/or suggesting a workaround for an issue in a game is not always as quick and easy as many of us would like. A lack of response from support doesnt mean they arent looking into it. Simply that they have no answer for you as yet. Another option MAY be to contact Microsoft to see if this is an issue that they are familiar with and if they have any advice for you regarding this.
I made a video of my problem for ubisoft support and sent it to them for which they replied to turn my console off then on again, yes that's the best they could come up with!
After watching my video a friend made a suggestion which I tried and it worked. I got everything back and I can download tracks again! Thank you mrmasters2u.![]()
My friend had the exact same problem but I manage to fix it for him after ubisoft were no bloody help......delete your gamertag/profile off your machine then re download your profile...this sorted out my friends problem INSTANTLY!
