    I have cleared persistent data if that is what you mean by clear cache but it does nothing. I bought the digital version, I thought the day one update was included? Either way it worked for a few days then screwed me over, no matter what I do it will not save my progress yet all my times are still in the leader boards, it even says when I start trials that it is synching but it syncs absolutely nothing! I'm dead serious I want my money back! Fix or no fix this is pathetic I will take this as far as I can for a refund!.

    But thank you Mr Barfly I really do appreciate finally getting a reply

    Yeah I have contacted ubisupport and updated my question 4 times with as much info as I can but as yet no reply. I don't know if it is my console that is the problem or a server problem, I just don't understand

    So 4 days after I contacted ubisoft support I finally get an email from them asking me to complete a survey! No support whatsoever and they want me to provide feedback? Feedback for doing nothing but rob me of my money their support is NON-EXISTENT! I will never again buy a ubisoft game I guess I will never play trials again as long as they are associated with this utterly disgusting and pathetic company. And a big you also to this useless forum, its mods and the redlynx employees that frequent here for providing absolutely nothing except saying contact ubisoft support which seems to be non-existent. I hope you all choke on the profit from this piece of digital on this inferior piece of console. Going to use mine as doorstop and buy a ps4

    Finding, fixing and/or suggesting a workaround for an issue in a game is not always as quick and easy as many of us would like. A lack of response from support doesnt mean they arent looking into it. Simply that they have no answer for you as yet. Another option MAY be to contact Microsoft to see if this is an issue that they are familiar with and if they have any advice for you regarding this.

    I made a video of my problem for ubisoft support and sent it to them for which they replied to turn my console off then on again, yes that's the best they could come up with!
    After watching my video a friend made a suggestion which I tried and it worked. I got everything back and I can download tracks again! Thank you mrmasters2u.

    Not saving data FIX!!!!!!!

I've contacted ubisoft support but have received the same response as here, nothing! Will any support from the support forum be forthcoming?
    My friend had the exact same problem but I manage to fix it for him after ubisoft were no bloody help......delete your gamertag/profile off your machine then re download your profile...this sorted out my friends problem INSTANTLY! Let me know how you get on.your welcome in advance

    Barrybarfly I have the solution to this problem...as if ubisoft couldn't figure this out. It's a profile error so uninstalling one profile from the console then reinstalling it fixes this glitch.
    I take credit for this fix as I found it and fixed my mates problem....I'm sure he ain't the only one with this problem
