I was playing trials last night (Xbone) when the server troubles started, leaderboards wouldn't load, ghosts would sometimes load and track times would only sometimes be saved.
I spent about an hour or so trying to beat a friend at one track and when i finally did it said it couldn't connect to Ubisoft servers, i retried a few times and when it still wouldn't save i quit the game and went to bed. When I started playing today everything loaded up fine but my career is now 0% when it should be 97%!!!!!!!! I have no money and no medals but friends say my times are still in the leaderboards!! What happened to all my save data? Can i get it back?
Any helpw ould be greatly appreciated
EDIT: I restarted from scratch and game will not save my progress! I do a few tracks and start another game up then check in my games&apps but there is No save file for trials, even uninstalled and then reinstalled but game is still broken!!!! I've contacted ubisoft support but have received the same response as here, nothing! Will any support from the support forum be forthcoming?

It certainly appears as if something has gone wrong here. Is it possible for you to clear your cache and try redownloading the day one update to see if that has any effect? Bear in mind, I'm not tech support, just a mod, so I may not be able to offer much help. But I'll do my best to see if we can at least isolate the issue while you wait for the support team to look into the issue. Maybe with a bit of luck we'll be able to find a solution for you and have you back playing again soon.
