    Hello i tried what you stated and here is what i got

    1. Go to PS4 dash
    2. Select Trials Game (don't start)
    3. Select "Bike Hue upgrade" from the menu
    4. This will open the PS4 web browser and take you to UPLay.com
    5. Use the browser to log into UPlay
    6. Enjoy


    Linking Uplay account to Xbox360:

    Workaround for the 360 folks if you are trying to play and you have not been able to connect to uPlay:

    1. Get an older 360 Ubisoft game. I used Far Cry 3.
    2. Connect in the menu to uPlay.
    3. Go to the profile and enter in an email address and password - NOTE this can't be an email that's already linked to a uPlay account already.
    4. Go to http://uplay.ubi.com/
    5. Update date of birth, accept terms of service Load Trials Fusion


    Now it should connect to the uPlay servers with your Gamertag.

    Redeeming Season Pass on Xbox One:

    Players have reported issues with Season Pass redemption on Xbox One and Playstation 4. We are working with Sony on finding a solution for PS4 Season Pass redemption as soon as possible, but these are the steps to complete season pass redemption on Xbox One:

    1. Turn on your Xbox One
    2. Navigate to Home
    3. Navigate to My Games and Apps
    4. Select Trials Fusion
    5. Push the “Select” button. (The right black button with three lines on it)
    6. Select Manage Game
    7. Select Install Trials Fusion Season Pass


    Accessing Track Central on Xbox One:

    1. Ensure you are logged into the correct Gamertag
    2. On the Xbox Main Menu, select Settings.
    3. On the left hand side, select Privacy & Online Safety
    4. On the left hand side, select Custom.
    5. Scroll to the Right and find the option of “See Content Other People Make.”
    6. Select “Everybody”

    I been having the exact same problem on the 360 and I put a ticket in like 3-4 days ago and got an email back. The email I got from Ubi-Support the other day is below this paragraph. This did NOT fix the problem for me but it might work for some people!! I replied to this saying that I tried cleared cache, cookies, etc.. on Firefox, IE, and even downloaded Chrome and it still didn't work. Just keeps looping like SKUNN3R said. I sent them the gamertag info after that didn't work I get a reply back today saying to try those same steps again, like I haven't already been doing that. So now I have to write them again and wait to see what's next. Seems like a stall tactic until they find out what the problem really is. It's frustrating, the unlockables for bike and rider should of been like in Evolution, you get the achievement or raise the money and you get your item, not have to use a login service just to get an unlockable item. My games 100% complete and can't get any rewards. If the next reply I get from Ubi-Support works I'll be sure to post it for you guys. Hopefully we get this resolved soon!!

    Officially one week later now and my $40 purchase is still no different than the $20 one. I find it hard to believe that the devs still can't figure out how to make the game realize the season pass is redeemed. That should be the most basic thing for the game to do and they can't even do that. But don't worry everybody, they promise that down the road at some point after a lot of patches and updates the game will be ok. Maybe they should have waited until all of that work was done before they released the game.

    Same problem here, can't link my gamertag, tried that "old game" method with assassins creed 4, same error pops up, been a massive trials fan since trials hd, but this has pissed me of pretty bad, ubisoft uplay is clearly a broken system. Red lynx they raped it and you let em.

    I can't connect either!!!! Please Ubisoft fix this! Everything worked fine yesterday, i had some competition with online-friends, played some community tracks and since yesterday(evening) all the online stuff stopped working
