Well it says when you download anything from xbl that 'there are no refunds for this item'. I'm sifting through the demo right now. There's no TC of course, but no FMX either and it doesn't appear to work in the editor unless I'm missing something. My biggest qualms thus far are No snap-to-grid (only driving line) and too much white.

I know exactly how you feel, is there no way to get a refund on the season pass at the very least? I hope so, cause like the most of you, I feel cheated from this game. I bought the season pass too, stupidly because it is a trials game, and all the others ive bought have been amazing, and I wanted to make sure I got all the added content for my money's worth, and saving money rather than downloading each d/l pack individually, which ironically each new download will now be a horrible reminder of this mistake purchase.
I really hope there is a way to get a refund for the season pass, cause at the moment i'd rather go back to evolution and forget about this game already.
