    Can I have a refund?

Please can you confirm if it is possible to get a refund on the game and season pass? I am on 360.
I feel that we have been mis sold this game with false promises and lies

I feel you man, but still...I want to play evo forever too, unfortunately the community will have moved onto fusion. But yeah, evo is hands down wayyyy better than fusion

Ok so its a definate no refund....what a joke!
So they hold back on reviews till the game is out, they dont let 360 users (the majority) have a boxed version so I cant take it to a shop for a refund or sell it 2nd hand. Do RL and Ubi just see 360 users as cash mules?

It is stated in the terms that there are no refunds so you only have yourself to blame. It's business and trials is a product just like any other.
It is important to do your research. I almost always do my research but I put faith in Redlynx due to Evo but I am unfortunately in the same boat as you.

It's not just 360 users. The passion within the industry appears to be dying and has been for a while. It's now predominantly business first for most companies, good design and
goodwill is suppressed. I don't know what to think with RL and Fusion. The devs had a good rep and also seemed passionate about Fusion, but what is clear is that Fusion is an inferior product. Who is to blame? Ubi? Redlynx themselves? Both? Well it won't be the whole of Redlynx, it would be the fault of Producers, lead designers, Ubi execs or whatever, the people high up.
Someone done screwed up and it will hurt the rapport with customers and ultimately sales. I don't know how they could let this happen. perhaps developing Trials for multiple platforms simultaneously is the problem, or perhaps it really is just a half-assed cash grab, but they had an excellent base to build upon (evo) and I don't know how they could mess it up. The only way to proceed was up, the evolution of Trials evolution, but alas...

Yeh they did seem passionate about it...I guess if you work on something you form your own opinions because it's your own creation, completely disregarding how others might see it.

At some point, money became more important than the art and pride involved in creating a great game. And this rubbish was rushed out so we could all run like lemmings to pay for this abomination.

In the UK we have a law that if you buy something online you are able to return it within 2 weeks of that purchase. i don't know if an XBL game would fall under that umbrella but i'm gonna investigate it. This game is unfinished and not multiplayer as stated.

If it turns out there's no way out and we can't get our money back then surely they need to change the laws regarding digital downloads? Companies could say "we're releasing the best game ever tomorrow" and then when you download it you get a 100kb Word document with the teaching of Buddhism on it and there's no comeback for the company.

    It aint right.

This is true. I think the mod I recently completed is awesome, improving on what I believe to be the greatest game of all time whilst staying true to it. Most people who have played agree, others simply go "meh". It's upsetting when you have worked so hard on something but you can never please everyone OR your ideas may just be really bad. thankfully in my case the majority enjoy it and rate highly, so I can rest easy

With Fusion it's as if they got new Lead Designer/s and/or Producer/s, and they weren't very good. But that is just my opinion.
