soz to ear about your crash dude , hope you mend soon.
Looking at the answer and my imput i think i should also get some brain rest lol , it is christmas time i suppose and my bank balance is taking a massive hit so that explains my ramblins lol.
So does the answer mean that the actual secret in game is some sort of meaning and not an object. Like dont waz in the wind![]()
Hope you recover quick ifthisthenthat!
Thanks for the theory, that is really interesting about the notes, maybe it might spell out something, even though notes A-G is a little limited, still very possible.
@funktastic, when it says 'not visible' I would assume it means sound. But as it doesn't just specify sound, it could also mean something like infra-red or somthing along those lines as they are not classed as being 'visible'. But for now I would just stick to it being sound I think as it's the most plausible.
The 6 notes being played at the start of short circuit are very intriguing, also I know there's some people out there with special programs and the ability to record sound/video, anyone tried recording the sound from the flashing modem lights and seeing if there's any morse code or anything hidden within?
hey guys thanks for the well wishes and such.
again, i'm not supposed to be here but i also wanted to add a maybe dead end i considered... see when a pc has some sort of boot failure the motherboard makes whats called a beep code or something... i looked into beep codes a bit, failed to find one that matches the one at the start of the level. oh well. happy hunting
also a bit of off topic personal info: i had a ct scan at the hospital and asked the radiology dept to release the scans to myself and looked around online for an open source medical imaging software so here's a sliced out cross section model of me exposing myself to you guys :P
Spoiler: Show
Is that a pea in there is see , lol sorry couldnt resist , i also have ad a fare few of those , my wife came in the room once and forgot her metal clip in her hair and the magnetic dug it into her head lol. silly women.
Regarding the beeping lights , yeah i thinks thats called bios but i honestly think its more like morse code. There is deffo a series of dots and dashes going on , you can hear it in the sounds too. Problem with morse code , its its own language. So to keep fluid in it , you have to always be using it and im no good at english any more so there aint anyway i can remember something i half learnt over 20 years ago. Unless someone actually can translate it will be hard to decipher it unless someone can separate the sound with some program. I have been wrong about most things in this thread so this is proberbly no different lol but still fun. I reckon its never going to be found , if there is still 7 years to this game then i doubt its about to be found any time soon
Come on bright spraks out there , get on it as bubble says.
So, Funk has come across something interesting in the last day or so, and I'm posting this on his behalf to get more eyes on this, and opinions..
First, check out this video he made.. Kinda intriguing I thought..
Also, he has posted some images of this with lighting, brightness etc, adjusted to see it better in the link below..

Interesting right? Any thoughts?
Hey Morphy, I would agree that it is interesting... but I do not think it is a lead.
Funktastic did some solid work, studying the old tablets, finding something with regards to a boat, and then finding this, seems almost too good to be true. Funk did some great detective work and while I can't really be the final say on the matter, to me it simply looks like a pattern that would be created from mirroring the texture used on the bottom of the ship. This would have been done to save space/processing resources (or something along those lines in a game dev sort of way).
I'm impressed with the amount of research he's put into it. Also I'm intrigued at what it could mean. One recurring theme across the current "riddle" so far is time. That's all I've got right now.
Yeah.. I agree with you mate. Looks like some sort of texture lays of sorts.. I think Funk has got the search bug for sure.. He's certainly committed himself to this.Originally Posted by IFTHISTHENTHAT Go to original post![]()
