    Doesn't accnowledge my season pass?

    I got the season pass box version, redeemed my code, it said it was successfully redeemed, but the game doesn't accnowledge that I have it. I don't have the hazmat suit or anything....

    Same Issue here on PS4. The digital version seems to not have this issue as far as I have seen.

    All having the same issues. There's a link in that thread to raise a ticket with Ubisoft as well so do that and the more of us telling the the quicker it will be sorted hopefully.

    Please remember - if you have bugs and issues - we have some dedicated methods for you to both report them and to get help!

    We have a dedicated Bug Report forum - http://forums.ubi.com/forumdisplay.php/667-Bug-Report

    and, as part of that - you should also be contacting Support directly - it maybe something they can help you with, so please do not just post on the forum, since it maybe a quick and easy fix for them - in the event it's not, they will send all of your reports to the team for patching / fixing!

    Sign in, click 'My Questions' on the left - they choose 'ask a question' - fill in details of the format and game and explain the issue - support can take upto 48 hours to reply, though they are normally quicker than that - also remember to update your ticket, should anything change!

    Hi Shifty.

    Please could you keep us updated often with this issue.
    As you can imagine, some of us are very disappointed that we've only received half of what we paid for, and the answers we're getting from Ubisoft support are not only unhelpful, but are also borderline rude and ignorant considering we are the paying customers.

    I don't like to rant normally, but ti's so frustrating when the game itself is great, but you feel let down when you paid extra for something that's not working.

    At least they have acknowledged there is an issue. I guess that's progress in a way.
