Thanks for your feedback.
As long as you have logged a ticket with support - so they are aware, then they will continue to investigate on your behalf.
Those who haven't yet contacted them - please do take the few minutes it takes to register your issue with them - so that they are aware of the numbers this is affecting.
They are investigating the problem - but it's still important you all have connected them personally, incase they need to issue new codes etc to those affected.
