The support team - are regional.. so if you are in the UK - you get a UK team - same as the US get a US team..
It's possible some people have redeemed the codes in retail [disc] based games - before the season pass went live at approx 3pm UK time - in these cases, it maybe an easy fix [redownload the season pass again from the stores history - which I am assuming people have tried] - or - it may need Support to action something else.
The forums are not a dedicated support area, we have a specialist team for that - they maybe very busy, however most people have a quick response - however if contacting them out of hours, then I can only ask people remain calm..
If people simply post - and it's something Support have to action on an individual basis - then I would not be doing my job correctly, if I didn't ask you to contact them directly..

I would double check if you can re-download the pass, and see if that works [if you have not already]
Just posting to say I have the same issues with a retail copy of Trials Fusion. I did send a support ticket and hope it will get fixed soon. Shade you cannot redownload it from the PSN store it simply will not allow you to do so without paying $19.99
If you can't see it under your 'library'
Scroll right to 'Library' - choose the game and then scroll down to 'my add ons' - it maybe listed there - this is where most things live you have already downloaded
If it's not there then it seems it may not have registered the code correctly against your account -
So please allow support time to investigate and get back to you on a individual basis.
There is no re-downloading the season pass. It shows up on the SYSTEM that it is downloaded. The retail GAME doesn't recognize that it's there.
I agree with what others have already said about releasing a game that is clearly broken from the start. This isn't just a PS4 problem because an XBOX ONE buyer is having the same issue so it's clearly a problem with the disc (retail) version of the game and the sooner RedLynx/Ubisoft actually acknowledges there is a problem the sooner it can be fixed. The fact they are keeping their mouths shut and not saying anything says all I need to know.

Those who haven't yet contacted them - please do take the few minutes it takes to register your issue with them - so that they are aware of the numbers this is affecting.
They are investigating the problem - but it's still important you all have connected them personally, incase they need to issue new codes etc to those affected.
