It would be nice if we first get what we paid for and then get something extra for having to wait for it. This is the ugly side of DLC and retailer exclusive preorder content. You hold it in front of us as a carrot to get us to buy things at launch, but now you haven't delivered on that promise. We have no recourse as a consumer in these cases. I would have liked to use the special skins on my first play through of the game, but now that had been taken from me. I know it is just a skin and it is not a major part of the game, but Ubisoft can't make a big deal about it when they are trying to sell us the game and then turn around and act like it is nothing special when they can't deliver it.
Believe it or not but I was really excited to get all of the extra fancy stuff that came with the season pass when I purchased the retail version of Trails Fusion. All of that excitement died when my Season Pass code did not redeem.... I really hope Ubisoft gives us something extra for all of this wait, even though they fixed the season pass and a few things are still missing. I hope you guys understand that all of the "Hype" surrounding the Season Pass vanished a few weeks ago, as I've completed every track and location all there is now to do is beat previous records to achieve gold or platinum medals and try out tracks on track central... You only had one job Ubisoft which made you more money!![]()
I see Ubisoft does not care about their customers. 1 MONTH AND NO REPLY. I also have a ticket in with support that they haven't responded to. What is my next course of action? I'm very frustrated too. The only reason I got the game was the extra content the retail got over the digital copy. Had I known this was going to happen, I would have just paid 19.99 and forget about the DLC. This is definitely my last game from Ubisoft. It's crazy, because the UK gets all those things free with their PS+ membership. Has anyone been able to get the pre-order content to work yet on the PS4 disc game? Ubisoft has my ticket "on hold" and I still don't have my content. This is immoral and probably criminal as well. Does anyone have any suggestions of where to turn to for help in this matter? Would the BBB help at all?
Wow, we dropped the ball on this thread. Sorry about that. If you go to the PS4 main menu, navigate to Trials Fusion > Related Items > My Add-Ons does it list the preorder content? If so, does it show it as installed?
