Finally got it appearing on dash after talking to a Xbox Rep thru CHat:
To power cycle: When your console is On, Please press and hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until it is completely turned off. Unplug the power supply, wait for 1 minute then plug it back in, And turn on the console.
Then Delete Profile:
Please go to Settings > System > Storage > Hard Drive > Profile > Select the Profile > Delete > Delete Profile Only.
Then redownload your profile: go to Social > Sign in/out > Scroll over to Download Profile > enter email address and password
After that it appeared for me.
