Been awhile since we had a pack where I like every song. These aren't the best-sounding versions I've heard, but I like the songs.

It was used in the X-File Terms of Endearment episode (season 6, ep. 7).

One of my favorite X-Files episodes.

    1. To those of you who like their music, I give you joy for the DLC release.
    2. IMO, the band is aptly named.
Well you know what they say about opinions and rectums right?

    "This week's DLC is Garbage."

"No, it isn't. I rather like it. Who is it?"

    "Garbage."

"No, they're not! I love their singer, um..."

    "Manson."

"The band is not garbage, and the singer is not Charles Manson! Now, what's her name?"

    "Shirley Manson."

"No, she is surely not Manson. Augh! Anyway, she reminds me of the singer from that other band, the one that came out the day we had that big storm last month."

    "Halestorm."

"No, I think that was snow. Anyway, do you know what they're called?"

    "Halestorm."

"I'm telling you, it was a snow storm! Anyway, what's that singer's name?"

    "Hale."

"No, not hail, snow. Oh, I give up. You're impossible."

    ...and they all stink.

Nice variation of "who's on first" above.

Some more research shows that Shirley Manson was in Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. I liked that show and her character.

p.s. Just noticed that the forum when you have to log back in (every few minutes for me it seems) now drops you back to where you were! Glad to see they put that feature back in.

Any band big enough to do a Bond theme song is big enough that the people suggesting they're unknowns look silly.

Well huh, I knew of them and knew their two most popular songs (and like them) but did not happen to know they did that song.

Are you cutting on Adele's size? You know, "big enough to do a Bond theme.."

OK, bad joke. [edited to add] I am a huge Adele fan. Which also might be construed as a fat joke about myself. LOL
