I can log into UPlay without issue on my PC.

But I cannot log into the same account on PS4.

it's 'possible' that the PS4 Uplay servers are having an issue [though I do not have any alerts] - HOWEVER - please do make sure you are reporting it directly.

The Xbox One servers are working - since just I tested mine earlier.

Bear with me while I see if AC4 Uplay is working.

Quick update - My PS4 play enabled games are connecting, so the service globally is working.

It's possible due to the game not being officially released yet, that the servers are not up - however as I suggested - please do contact support so they are aware you guys want to play.


I will also report it this end, though it's vital you also do report it!

Thanks for the reply. I have reported it and I hope that I can get this fixed because others are reporting it working and I have no issues on my xbox one connecting to Uplay for assassins creed. I think this issue is something to do with the PS4 server.

Quite possible - the servers are up for Xbox One Fusion, so it's possible they are rolling out the others - BUT - I have reported it too.

Due to the time - almost 9pm [UK] - support may reply in the morning.


Support will be monitoring the forums at release - so people getting the game early, have to bear with the odd bug and contacting them directly asap - so I hope people don't get too upset.

I have seen news saying that the PS4 server issues have been resolved. Hopefully this is the case and you guys can now access the Uplay login as well.

I am able to connect to the Ubisoft PS4 servers now.

But still no luck getting into PS4 UPlay.
