That would be amazing. I still cant understand what extra time the PC version needs since the Beta is a very solid build. I hope until the 24th that they release it earlier as they did with Evo gold which was released one day before official release on steam, if i remember that right.Originally Posted by Zurgery Go to original post
There is a different uniform you wear in frontier if you get gold on the same three tracks in both frontier and fusion. That's all that's visible at the moment.Originally Posted by TheeDesecrator Go to original post
What I wondered is if it will be possible to make frontier tracks in the fusion editor (to be played on frontier of course). They have no track central/editor on mobile and I thought it might be interesting if they gave a scaled down way to do that... In effect making a single editor for all their new trials-related products. Seems far-fetched but possible.....
I just looked at the ingame handbook, and it says Trials Fusion and Trials Frontier are connected by "STEP into the light", rather than pyrosequencing.Originally Posted by Vantier Go to original post
Then it really makes sense. You have to get 3 gold medals on Trials Frontier and Trials Fusion to unlock the same costume on both games.Originally Posted by DietPepsi1997 Go to original post
So I'll add further speculation before this is unlocked (presumably tomorrow). This is my hope (at the least), perhaps this is where they'll pick the best tracks from all version and convert them to all consoles, providing it's not pure cross-platform Track Central. Probably something like they'll do with the Track Jam folks, since their tracks are going to be available on all versions.
I figured it'd be a good time to resurrect this speculative thread for more visibility as ANBA dropped a hint on Twitter in a conversation with Barry and JoeRegular a couple days ago (mentioned by JoeRegular in another thread, I think). He linked to an article about parallel dimensions (below). I'm still putting my chips on cross-platform Track Central at the least (though I still speculate that's what the Uplay Recommended section will be for). I highly doubt there'd ever be cross-platform multiplayer, but ANBA did say in an IGN interview that we'd see online multiplayer like it's never been seen before, which would count I guess (for those few that believe that). I still doubt it, though and think that they've just expanded something.
