Sounds good. Thanks for the hard work. This is a beta so bugs happen no need for an apology =)Originally Posted by BenShermanUbi Go to original post
Really? By Monday? I bought it yesterday, got an hour in before work, and now I can't play the beta until Monday? You can't let us go to a previous version of the game?
I have 2 days off and I am not allowed to play the game I payed in full for either of those days? I honestly expect compensation, or a refund or something. This is not worth my time. I'll just get the damn game on consoles a week early if I can get a refund. Seriously dissapointed that it is going to take my whole weekend off just for a fix in a BETA. Not at all a reliable service.![]()
Hey I've read the previous posts and saw that the problem is being worked on, but I just wanted to give you all my details and maybe it'll help. The game worked fine up until the 4/12 update. Game never launches and says "trials_fusion.exe has stopped working. Please close the program."
I have already verified the files, uninstalled, re-downloaded the game and reinstalled, and get the same issue.
It is the Uplay version and I'm running:
CPU: AMD FX6200 six core 3.8ghz
GPU: EVGA GTX 750 ti Superclocked (2gb) (with latest drivers)
RAM: 12GB DDR3
Windows 8.1 (with latest updates)
sorry dude, I know it's frustrating, but this is a beta version you just bought. You can expect problems but you just gotta report your issues and know that they're working on getting everything smoothed out for the launch date. They'll get it sorted soon, it's been working wonderfully until now so I wouldn't worry too much. I know how irritating it can be though. I preordered Elder Scrolls Online Imperial for 80 buck to get the 5 days early access and had a problem with the game that caused me to not be able to play for 3 out of the 5 days of early release.Originally Posted by Ilovecheese_2 Go to original post
I realize I over-reacted. It was a heat of the moment kind of thing realizing I can't play one of my favorite games until Monday while having all of the time in the world to play it. The thing is, beta or not, it is the worst bug possible. Not being able to play the game AT ALL. This would be fixed in hours by some company's, yet they have to take 2 days. It's like they are a shipping company and don;t work on business days...Originally Posted by mattcmann Go to original post

nowadays almost every publisher is catching customers by granting access to "BETA" when you preorder or something....
in the past you just sent a mail and a reason why you are a good tester and you get access for a real BETA...
