    Thanks much! It seems to have worked. I at least was able to load the game and get to the map. Have yet to play. Thanks again!

    could someone upload this version on mediafire.com? uploaded just wont let me download..i've never been more frustrated to download a 15MB file in my life...

    I've just updated the Trials Fusion Beta a few minutes ago (I bought it through Uplay) and now the game won't launch at all despite it previously working fine (with the exception of the annoying bug where it keeps switching back to showing mouse/keyboard icons when I'm using a wired Xbox 360 controller but that's a minor issue). I'm using Windows 8.1 Update 1 (have been for a month) and my specs are an unclocked i7-4770K, 16 GB memory and a GTX 780 graphics card with the latest 337.50 beta drivers (which worked fine with the previous build of the game, I might add).

    The Event log shows the game has crashed each time I ran it and I just get the Thank You for Playing message whenever I click on Play to launch the game. This is the error:

    Swapping .exe caused uplay to ask me for a cd key .. oh well wont be trying that sort of shenanigans on retail; hope beta is fixed soon.
