This game still crashes frequently. Absolutely horrible. For me it crashes constantly when the game loads into the main area at a random moment, but always before I'm able to do anything. Turning off wi-fi before the game starts fixes it temporarily, but when I get connected to Uplay with wi-fi on when I arrive on the main menu, it crashes.

I have a small thought though on what causes this. The Trials Fusion medals don't show up when I look at that place where you can see the progress on receiving the special outfit. The synchronization probably fails because of something going wrong when fetching those medals (I got both 360 and PC versions linked to the same account). Also, sometimes the game crashes on the map when it's loading the profile images and the leaderboard when turning on wi-fi after the game launches.

This didn't change at all in the 2.0.1 update.

This is an absolute fail of a game right now. Completely unplayable unless you mess around with wifi or airplane settings? Come on redlynx.

I absolutely love the game when I can play it.... I just havent been able to since it came out.

i played a fair bit today, and everything was working great. then i crashed a couple times going into the saloon, and now it crashes 100% of the time when I load the game in the town screen. does anyone have a fix for this?

Edit: Had the crash issue, backed up the /document/player.bin via iFunBox (just to be on the safe side), deleted the app as suggested, reinstalled and resynced game save from server once I got to the village by logging into uPlay. Appears to be working again.

is this the best way to go about doing things? did it work for you permanently? did you have to do anything else to make the fix work?

edit: deleting and reinstalling the app worked for me, and it is back up and running again

Sorry to hear about the crash issues you all have been facing.

Will it be possible for you to mention the last in game actions before the game crashed?

Also, please send us your log file, here is how you can fetch it.

1. Install ifunbox( if you have windows) or use iexplorer on mac
2. Follow the path Connected devices-> User Application->Trails Frontier-> Library-> caches-> trlog.txt

^^ if you read the forums you would know game crashes whenever we enter the village online.

and please sack your so-called "support". they are utterly usesless. you owe me hundred diamonds. and i cant log into stupid uplay either ingame or on your site. fix it.



and btw, thers no such thing as an "explorer" on mac. i guess you referr to Finder, but this just shows the level of knowledge here.. in ios you cannot retrieve these files unless you jailbreak your device. im obviously not gonna do that.

It will be very helpful in narrowing down the crash bug.

I've got a better solution...

1) Install the game on your phone.
2) Play it.
3) Notice how it crashes in the exact way as before.

Everyone is having the exact same problems as before. The game was better for less than half a day. I am not wasting my time sending you info when I PAID money to play the game. It's your job to figure it out. Not mine.

Tell you what, you send me back my money and i'll do your job.
