This is clearly an issue with uPlay. I got the game going last night and this morning, then all of a sudden it crashed. I can load the game in airplane mode, but as soon as I turn data back on, it crashes. You can see the uPlay icon light up in the home screen, then crash.

I like having uPlay to backup my progress and rankings.

If I play in airplane mode, will my local override the server game once uPlay is working again?

Have to say this bug is just dreadful. Having to play in airplane mode...any news on a schedule for a patch please?
I am just about done with this game...the grinding is painful and stingy, and the crashes just confound matters.

Thank you Ubisoft for this bug, I was getting out of control and had spent more than usd 200 with this freemium ********. Now since the game is crashing so much I am finally giving up. Thanks.

Works for me when I turn on airplane mode. But as soon as I turn airplane off and then connect to uplay, the game crashes immediately.

I'm having the same issue. I've tried all of the remedies mentioned in this thread. Airplane mode didn't work, and uninstalling/reinstalling didn't work (it functioned fine until downloading my save). I've put quite a bit of time into the game, and would love to get my save back!

I know that feel, really enjoyed the game so far, but the lack of support regarding this issue just sucks.

Hi,

All your progress is saved in our servers. If you delete and re-install the app. Please connect to Uplay and download your progress from the server.

Please elaborate on how to download my progress. Did a reinstall and logged into Uplay but it doesn't automatically restore anything for me.

the crashing just start for me too , Always it crashes when the game try to connect to uPlay, reinstall did not help.. and now my SAVE is GONE

or when its bug with online save on uPlay, is any chance to force to sync local save to uPlay?

I assumed you logged in right away. Did you play through the training maps? 3 of them I believe. Once those are complete, it will ask you if you want to restore your progress from the server.
